"My elderly father was selling his Scottsdale home. The buyer wanted the pool repaired and cleaned. I'd gotten quotes from another business and they diagnosed the problem incorrectly, said the pool needed something expensive done which it didn't need. Acua Pools had 5 star reviews I noticed. I found out why. They didn't try to sell me an expensive pump I think it was. They fixed the problem and cleaned the pool and we and the buyer were totally satisfied. They were reasonable and delightful to do business with. They deserve every 5 star rating from our experience."

From then, they quickly installed the system and spent the time teaching us how to use it. The customer service is unmatched! "We recently became customers of Aqua Sentry when we bought a home they were servicing. Early on in our ownership the pool contractor made repairs that caused the system to not operate properly and said they could be out in two weeks to look at the problem they had caused. I called Aqua Sentry to see if they could help. Over the phone they walked me through a diagnoses of the problem and helped me fix the issue.
